Austermann Starlight Color 1 Eggshell – fine fluffy yarn

Austermann Starlight in Color 1 Eggshell is a light, fluffy yarn with alpaca and merino. Eggshell is a warm, light natural tone that makes the fine fluff appear particularly soft and light. The color is suitable for timeless knitwear with understated elegance.

The natural tone harmonizes with grey, olive, dark blue, and desert rose. This makes the color particularly suitable for light sweaters, delicate scarves, and elegant layering models, and can be used both alone and in multi-colored projects.

Material and Processing

The blend of alpaca, merino wool, and polyamide creates a fine fluff and allows for light knitwear with a soft, airy surface. Each ball has a yardage of approximately 170 m / 25 g; knitting needles of 3–3.5 mm are recommended. For planning, you can expect about 125 g for a sweater.
